Professional Experience

Geoff Grace has created music at the top levels of the record business, television, film, and the video game industry. As both a composer and a recording artist, his music can be heard on all major streaming platforms and on network television. His compositions have aired in countless television shows, as well as films, records, and other media.

Roots and Partnerships

Geoff’s roots are diverse. He worked during college playing keyboards in a funk band, while studying synthesis and majoring first in jazz piano and then in composition. For his senior recital, he conducted a symphony that he both composed and orchestrated.

Later, Geoff Grace combined those skills while repeatedly arranging for and providing orchestrations for Michael Jackson. He also created sports-themed orchestral compositions that have been featured year after year on Fox NFL broadcasts. Each of those partnerships lasted for over a decade.

Geoff’s compositions have been featured in a long list of TV shows, ranging from drama and comedy to reality and sports—including placements in NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and NASCAR events, shows like It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Red Oaks, and Snowfall, and a featured song in the Nicolas Cage movie Renfield.

Record Industry

In addition to his work for Michael Jackson, which includes the orchestration for “Stranger in Moscow,” Geoff Grace has also worked for Elton John, Japanese superstar Yoshiki, and many other recording artists.

Video Games

Grace is known in the video game industry for his work on Sega’s Sonic the Hedgehog 3.
